Getting Started With iiHelp
To save you time and effort, we've come up with a series of guides to help you resolve some common problems without having to pick up the phone.
The best thing about iiHelp is that we're constantly adding new material as soon as we hear about common problems, new software or current virus threats. Using the iiHelp landing page, you'll be able to keep track of the most recent and most useful articles, while you can scan through the entire iiHelp library using the search and browse functions.
As you can see from the screen above, there's a handful of articles under each main category to help get you started, as well as links to the most visited articles on the knowledgebase.
If you don't find what you're looking for, click on "More..." to view more articles from that category.
If you have particular words you wish to search for, you can do a keyword search. Using the search field at the top of the screen, enter the keywords you're looking for, e.g. quota shaping. From there, click the "search" button and we'll give you a list of every article that uses your keywords, using the searching power of Google.
We always value your feedback, so at the bottom of every iiHelp article you'll see something like this:
