Why is there more than one month's charge on my invoice?
When connecting a new service or up/downgrading an existing service you will notice a partial monthly charge on your invoice. This is called an "alignment" charge and serves to align the billing dates of multiple services. This will only occur once per service. It will result in all services being charged for the same period on each invoice.

How am I invoiced for additional products purchased (e.g. hardware, software)?
If you select additional products at sign up stage, these charges will be included in your first invoice and will be itemised separately so you can clearly see whether the invoice matches what you asked for and received. Additional products purchased during your existing contract will be included in your next invoice.
