Description:A small number of WA SIP customers may be experiencing brief periods of silence during phone calls.
Technical Summary:The issue is being investigated and iiNet Voice Engineers are working with our vendor to isolate and correct the cause.
UPDATE 7/7: This is still under investigation.
UPDATE 15/7: Engineers made changes overnight and are monitoring the results of those works.
Update 15/08: A solution has been deployed, and analysis of the network shows that this issue is no longer occurring.
iiNet Voice Engineers will perform works.
