ADSL customers in the area of Patchewollock, Red Cliffs and Swan Hill in VIC on BroadBand1 plans may be disconnected from and unable to reconnect to the Internet for up to 45 minutes during the maintenance window.

Technical Summary:

Our upstream provider has advised that due to planned upgrades some Broadband DSL Services in the areas of Patchewollock, Red Cliffs, Swan Hill (VIC) may be disrupted for up to 45 minutes within the Window 00:01 to 03:00 commencing 10/8/10 EST.

Resolution:

Our upstream provider will perform works.
