ADSL customers in the area of Robertson in NSW on BroadBand1 plans may be disconnected from and unable to reconnect to the Internet for up to 4 hours during the maintenance window.

Technical Summary:

Our upstream provider have advised of planned upgrades to increase Network Capacity on some Broadband DSL Services.

Resolution:

Our upstream provider will perform works.
