ADSL customers in the area of Cowpastures, Elderslie, Mt Hunter, Narellan and Werombi in NSW on BroadBand1 plans may be disconnected from and unable to reconnect to the Internet for up to 15 minutes during the maintenance window.

Technical Summary:

Our upstream provider have advised of planned upgrades to increase Network Capacity on some Broadband DSL services.

Resolution:

Our upstream provider will perform works.
