Description:ADSL customers in the listed areas on BroadBand1 plans, and Dial-up customers state-wide in South Australia, may be disconnected from and unable to reconnect to the Internet for up to 15 minutes during the maintenance window.
Technical Summary:Our upstream provider has advised that Due to a planned upgrade, services listed will experience loss of data flow for up to 15 minutes during the change window.
Resolution:Our upstream provider will perform works.
