Description:ADSL customers in the listed areas in NSW on BroadBand1 plans may be disconnected from and unable to reconnect to the Internet for up to 15 minutes during the maintenance window.
Technical Summary:Our third party provider have advised that due to urgent IP Multi-services Software upgrade some Broadband DSL Services in the areas of NSW may be disrupted for up to 15 minutes within the Window 01:00 to 05:00 commencing 07/08/2010 EST.
Resolution:Telstra will perform works.
