ADSL customers in the area of Werribee in VIC on BroadBand1 plans may be disconnected from and unable to reconnect to the Internet for up to 3 hours during the maintenance window.

Technical Summary:

Our third party provider has advised that due to planned upgrades to increase network capacity some Broadband DSL services in the area of Werribee (VIC) may be disrupted for up to 3 hours within the Window 23:00 to 07:00 commencing 16/08/10 EST.

Resolution:

Our third party provider will perform works.
