ADSL customers in the ACT on BroadBand1 plans may be disconnected from and unable to reconnect to the Internet for up to 30 minutes during the maintenance window.

Technical Summary:

Our third party provider has advised that due to planned equipment upgrades, some Broadband DSL services throughout the State (ACT) may be disrupted for up to 30 minutes within the Window 01:00 to 06:00 EST.

Resolution:

Our third party provider will perform works.
