ADSL customers in the area of Alice Springs (NT) in NT on BroadBand1 plans may be disconnected from and unable to reconnect to the Internet for up to 1 x 5 minutes during the maintenance window.

Technical Summary:

Our third party provider has advised that due to planned upgrades to increase network capacity some Broadband DSL Services in the area of Alice Springs (NT) may be disrupted within the Window 23:00 to 06:00 commencing 16/08/10 CST.

Resolution:

Telstra will perform works.
