ADSL customers in the area of Caulfield, Camberwell, Deepdene, East Kew, Elsternwick, Elwood,Flemington, Gardenvale, Glen Iris, Hawthorn, Highett, Hartwell, Kew, Kooyong, Malvern, Ormond, Sandringham and St Kilda in VIC on BroadBand1 plans may be disconnected from and unable to reconnect to the Internet for up to 15 minutes during the maintenance window.

Technical Summary:

Our third party provider has advised that due to planned upgrades to increase network capacity some Broadband DSL Services in the areas of Caulfield, Camberwell, Deepdene, East Kew, Elsternwick, Elwood,Flemington, Gardenvale, Glen Iris, Hawthorn, Highett, Hartwell, Kew, Kooyong, Malvern, Ormond, Sandringham, St Kilda (VIC) may be disrupted for up to 15 minutes within the Window 01:00 to 05:00 commencing 13/08/10 EST.
