ADSL customers in the area of Hill Top in NSW on BroadBand1 plans may be disconnected from and unable to reconnect to the Internet for up to 4 hours during the maintenance window.

Technical Summary:

Our third party provider has advised that due to planned hardware upgrades some Broadband DSL services in the areas of Hill Top (NSW) may be disrupted for up to 4 hours within the Window 23:00 to 07:00 commencing 16/08/2010 EST.

Resolution:

Our third party provider will perform works.
