ADSL:

ADSL customers in the area of Hazelbrook and Winmalee (NSW) on BroadBand1 plans may be disconnected from and unable to reconnect to the Internet for up to 3 hour 35 minutes during the maintenance window.

Technical Summary:

iiNet's upstream partner have advised that due to planned Optic Fibre relocation, some Broadband ADSL Services in the areas of Hazelbrook and Winmalee (NSW) may be disrupted for up to 3 hour 35 minutes within the outage window.

Resolution:

iiNet's upstream partner will perform works.
