ADSL customers in the area of Cootharaba in QLD on BroadBand1 plans may be disconnected from and unable to reconnect to the Internet for up to 30 minutes during the maintenance window.

Technical Summary:

Due to planned Upgrades to increase Network Capacity some Broadband DSL Services in the areas of Cootharaba may be disrupted.

Resolution:

Out upstream vendor will perform works.
