ADSL customers in Victoria on BroadBand1 plans may be disconnected from and unable to reconnect to the Internet for up to 20 minutes during the maintenance window.

Technical Summary:

Due to planned Upgrades to increase Network Capacity some Broadband DSL Services in the state of Victoria may be disrupted.

Resolution:

Our upstream vendor will perform works.
