ADSL customers in the area of Ashgrove (QLD) on BroadBand1 plans may be disconnected from and unable to reconnect to the Internet for up to 2 hours during the maintenance window.

Technical Summary:

iiNet's upstream partner have advised that due to planned upgrades to increase Network Capacity, some Broadband ADSL Services in the areas of Ashgrove (QLD) may be disrupted for up to 2 hours within the outage window.

Resolution:

iiNet's upstream partner will perform works.
