Some customers may have noticed a delay in usage updates to their volume graphs in Toolbox.

Technical Summary:

Toolbox displays of customers volume usage are being delayed.

Update 15/3: Usage is being processed. The current ETA is 3am WST 16/3

Update 0650 WST 16/3: Volume usage is now processing with minimal delay.

Update 2300 WST 16/3: Volume usage display was disrupted earlier today, however, all usage has since been reprocessed and should once again be up to date.

Resolution:

iiNet Engineers have rectified the underlying issue.
